The guild inspector arrives with a ledger and no sense of humor. The common room is packed, and the house special has already gone round twice. By the time anyone notices, the regulars are confessing crushes, a merchant has admitted to watering his wine, and the barkeep has told the inspector exactly what he thinks of guilds.
